Supercharged Tradies Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") of 1/10 Jubilee Avenue, Broadbeach QLD 4218 operates the REVVD by Supercharged Tradies platform — a SaaS product that helps trade businesses manage leads, clients, quotes, jobs, scheduling, invoices, payments, communication, and reporting — and provides coaching, mentoring and training services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

• Personal information: Name, email address, phone number
• Business profile information: Business name, ABN, address, trade category
• Customer/client information: Names, contact details, and addresses of your customers
• Operational data: Quotes, invoices, jobs, schedules, messages, notes
• Communication data: WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram metadata where those integrations are connected
• Email data: Email metadata and attachments where email sync is enabled
• Usage data: Usage logs, analytics, device information, IP addresses

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the platform and its features
• Sync communications across channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, social media)
• Send and receive messages on your behalf
• Manage jobs, invoices, quotes, and customer records
• Improve security and product performance
• Comply with legal obligations
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related notifications
• Deliver coaching, mentoring and training services, including booking confirmations and session reminders

As you operate your trade business on the Platform, we may process the following records on your behalf:

• User account details and business/company details
• Staff details and role assignments
• Client and customer records
• Leads and enquiries
• Quotes, invoices, and payment/billing metadata
• Job, scheduling, and calendar data
• Uploaded documents and safety documents
• Communication records
• Google Calendar connection data where enabled

The Platform offers an optional Google integration. This connection is entirely user-controlled — we only access Google data after you explicitly connect your Google account and grant permission in Google's consent screen, and you can disconnect at any time. The permissions we request, and why, are also explained in the connection flow before you consent.

• Google sign-in (basic profile): When you sign in with Google or connect your Google account, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) to authenticate you and link your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Google Calendar (calendar events): Where you connect Google Calendar, we request access to view and manage calendar events so that jobs and bookings scheduled in the Platform can be created, read, updated, and kept in sync with your Google Calendar. We only use this access to provide the scheduling and synchronization features you have enabled. Calendar connection details and synchronization state are stored securely against your account for as long as the integration remains connected.

Supercharged Tradies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the features you have enabled, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice. Humans do not read your Google data except with your explicit permission (for example, when you ask us for support), where required for security or legal compliance, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from within the Platform's integration settings. When the integration is disconnected, the associated tokens are invalidated and connection data is removed as described on our Data Deletion page.

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our platform functionality:

• Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram): Messaging and communication features
• Google: Calendar sync and email integration
• Twilio: SMS messaging capabilities
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services as necessary to provide our platform features, as described above. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted tokens for third-party integrations

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete verified deletion of your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (for example financial records required for tax and accounting). Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including Australia and the United States, where our hosting, database, and service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Supercharged Tradies is operated from Australia. We collect, hold and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the effective date.
