Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data from Supercharged Tradies or the REVVD platform, you have the following options:

• Email us directly: Send an email to info@sctradies.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Submit the form below: Fill out the data deletion request form

To help us locate and verify your records, please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, your business or company name (if applicable), and a brief description of the data you would like deleted.

We will acknowledge your data deletion request within 7 business days and complete verified deletion of your personal data within 30 days, subject to the lawful retention exceptions below. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

• Before deleting data, we may contact you to verify that you own or are authorised to act for the account, so that we do not delete someone else's data on an unverified request.
• Deletion covers the personal data we hold about you, including account details, connected-integration data, and stored tokens. Deleting your account means you will lose access to the Platform and its records.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Some data may be retained even after a deletion request when legally required, including:

• Financial records required for tax and accounting purposes
• Records necessary for legal compliance
• Data required to prevent fraud or abuse
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

These exceptions are applied consistently with our Privacy Policy.

To disconnect your Google integration and remove Google data:

1. Log into your REVVD account at app.sctradies.com.au
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
3. Find the Google Calendar integration and click Disconnect

You can also revoke our access directly from your Google Account permissions page. When the integration is disconnected or access is revoked, the stored connection tokens are invalidated and Google connection data is removed from active use; any remaining Google-derived data is deleted as part of a full deletion request under the timeframes above. To disconnect your Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) integrations:

1. Log into your REVVD account
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
3. Find the Meta/WhatsApp integration and click Disconnect
4. Confirm the disconnection

You can also revoke access directly from your Meta account settings at Facebook Business Tools Settings.
