Date to be confirmed. The time is locked at 7:00–8:30am (Australia/Brisbane); the dates are set once the cohort of six businesses is full and an administrator confirms an eligible session.
What it's about
Three monthly 90-minute workshops for six businesses, run on the 10X business wheel. You arrive with your numbers, you leave with a handwritten A3 Implementation Plan and three tasks you have committed to. Across the three months that is three plans, nine tasks and one 90-day number you are driving. This is coaching implementation — goals, planning and follow-through. It is not AI training; AI Workflows is a separate programme.

The terms
- Three-month programme — $1,500, paid once up front
- Each invoice is issued one week before its session and paid before entry
- No refunds once the programme has started
- A missed session is forfeited and there is no make-up session, but you still receive the summary and your three tasks
- REVVD is sold separately and is not included in this programme
- After month three you continue into the next Implementation Group
Questions, answered
Can my business partner come too?
Yes. A partner attends on the same business seat. Six seats means six businesses, not six people.
What if I miss a session?
The session is forfeited and there is no make-up, but you still receive the session summary and your three tasks.
Can I just do one month?
No. The programme is a single three-month commitment of $1,500, paid once up front. There is no standalone month and no instalment plan.
Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds once the programme has started. This programme does not carry the money-back guarantee offered on Monthly Online Business Coaching.
Is REVVD included?
No. REVVD is sold separately and is not part of this programme.
What happens after month three?
You continue into the next Implementation Group. Your Group 2 booking is taken at the third and final session.
When will the dates be confirmed?
The time is fixed at 7:00–8:30am. Once all six business seats are confirmed, a full cohort becomes eligible to take one of the Saturday Mastermind (Professional Development Group) sessions that has no bookings on it yet — a Saturday somebody has already paid for is never taken. An administrator then confirms the specific date, and that one Saturday becomes Implementation — so the month runs two Masterminds, one Business Implementation and one AI Workflows class. It is a swap, never an extra session. Until the cohort is full the Mastermind runs unchanged, and the Implementation date stays unconfirmed. The AI Workflows week is never replaced.
